โ โ โ โ โ I went down with my Mini Cooper to do cleaning on the valve area and throttle.. as I experienced rough idling.. Greeted by Desmond and the process is a breeze with updates on work done.. rough idling has gone so far and monitoring it.. From my experience, they are using good product like Amsoil as one of their standard servicing package.

โ โ โ โ โ I had 2 occassions with Wicked Works where I send my old car for repair and diagnostic of problems before a long road trip, the mechanics were very professional and pro-active in doing the tests. They even used different devices to affirm the fault code thus allowing them to repair the parts accordingly without wasting time.
2 months later, I got my new car and thankfully warranty was under Wicked Works via PI Dealer, then I felt much assured due to my experience with them.
Went for my 1st 1000km servicing, Boss Ernest was rich in knowledge and experience to introduce a new engine oil for my new car as I am pretty strict in terms of taking care of my new car - reasonable price and the engine oil did improve performances to my acceleration, response and smoothness of the drive.
Will definitely recommend all car owners out there to head over regardless of repairs, regular servicing and installation of car parts. Wicked Works is wickedly good only because they deliver what they promised.

Nice and friendly boss with very awesome service from warm staff (: Offering the most expert and sincere advise for my vehicle's requirements. Pleasant and assuring experience.
