**READ THIS REVIEW** The very worst of security guards, especially when provided in conjunction with residential estates like condominiums. Ever since the recent incident (Oct 2018) where a security guard broke into a resident's house, all trust in this security provider has been diminished to absolute zero. Anecdotally, one of our encounters with the security guards from William Secure Solutions was an extremely negative one. In a recent altercation, we could definitely feel the animosity and lack of empathy towards the general public, notwithstanding residents whom they are supposed to guard, protect and deliver the utmost respect. They treated us rudely, and fiercely defended themselves when we highlighted lapses in their behavior. In summary, with anecdotal and real events as evidence, the security guards provided by WSS are highly incompetent, and should never be allowed near unsuspecting, good-natured residents. I firmly suspect that some of them have a criminal past which they refuse to reconcile with, and this definitely shows in their boorish behavior. This strong review serves to provide information on this security provider, so let your judgement be wise (I'm talking to you, managements of residential properties!)

Worst security agency.Work for them adhoc for 2 days only.Inform the OE Amir to cancel.No news or answer from him.Called the company and no answer on tje phone.Not proffessional!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Dedication, Customer Service, and Attention to Detail,. I would like to share my experience with William Secure Solutions. I was out with my child when he suddenly wandered off and we lost sight of each other. With the sea of people around, I was scared that my child was all by himself apart from the fact that I didn't know where to look for him. I searched to no avail and finally approached a Security Officer and he advised me to remain calm and he informed his colleague by walkie talkie to help search for a child that fits the description I gave. After continuous search, the security officers found my child. There is nothing more satisfying than to know that someone is looking out for your best interest. My child was jovial and cheery, without the slightest clue of the near-heart-attack I almost had. I take comfort in knowing that such kindness and compassion still exist. To the security officers, I can't thank you enough. I highly recommend them for security that goes above and beyond the call of duty.
