★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, they have some nice wine, BUT I feel refusal to offer replacement or refund for corked/oxidized wine is poor form. Expecting customers to drink oxidized wine costing $125 is ridiculous!! I will never buy from them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended 3 of their wine masterclass. Very decent Australian wineries were selected and the owners themselves conducted the sharing. However I always felt their sharings are too short. It normally ends in 40 min no matter how many wines are being shared. Compared to other companies’ classes which is normally 1.5 hrs. Picking up the samples yourself gives you $15 off. Once there was a mix up which nearly resulted in me not being able to get my samples. But overall still good.

1. Didnt not state the estimate timing for self collection of wine
2. Email or call only at 12+ pm for collection when the place close at 4pm. Expecting the customer to be so free to go collect before 4pm
3. Given away the order to some one else. (You want to GIVEN and not charge.
4. What kind of services recover when they still want to charge the order that I have not received and they give away?
Applause for such great logistic services and customer service. Definitely able to find ever better wine dealers out there.
