On the day of installation, you will have numbers to call but no one will pick up or respond. If you are lucky that some one picks up, they will not be able to do much for you too other than giving you empty assurance and promises. Also, they can promise the world for you but they do not deliver. Take their words with a pinch of salt. If you do engage them, make sure they understand what your requirements are. My advice is do not pay until they have delivered what they promise to.

Service is good. Staff are helpful and prompt in replying my family's concerns over our purchases. They even extend the free upgrade to double roller for us despite we made our purchase couple of week before!

Very knowledgeable on their product and very sound advice given by Jeff. Overall: Great service Jeff! Take note for other interested buyer. My blinds was delayed and no one from their company have the courtesy to call me. To make thing worse,the lady called and have told me that she have forgotten to schedule my installation a week later (Imagine the stress mode especially when my room all able to be seen by my neighbours without any blinds or curtain) During the installation, I noticed one of the blind was not to the right size. I then emailed to WinUS and they told me that they will get replacement to be install on 7 Feb. On 7 Feb from 4pm till 11pm, no one from WinUS call me on the status of the blind installation. I took leave for freaking waiting for no show installation. To end, one of the WORSE company that provide blind and curtain service. NO BASIC COURTESY TO CALL CUSTOMER ON THE STATUS OF THE INSTALLATION.

The blinds are really of excellent quality, unlike what was commonly found in the market or furniture fair. The curtain designs are unique and the materials used are light and airy. Service was excellent too. Simon went out of the way to explain the differences in the material used and was patient in attending to us.

Went to look for blinds for our new house and met Simon. Very professional, patience and not pushing. Made a downpayment and was informed that’s the color that we wanted was no longer available. Simon was helpful and helped us resolved the issue by contacting the factory in Korea. Very good service and highly recommend to look for Simon.

Chris is a very reliable and professional consultant. She was able to understand our needs well and responded swiftly to our request. We really appreciated their services and would recommend them to our family and friends!

Great service render by Chris Cheong. She share her knowledge and recommended us what is practical. The installer Lee, even thou we had language barrier, he still able to understand what we wanted. Overall happy with their great service
