I had installed a ziptrack through JB1 Curtain in 2020. However, within 1 year, it broke down several times. Each time, it took JB1 almost 3-4 months (yes, you read that correctly) of constant messaging and calling before he arranges to send someone down to service the ziptrack. In the latest incident, nothing was arranged even after 3 months of repeated calls/messages. This is unacceptable.
JB1 is essentially a middle-man type company, a distributor for the main ziptrack company. Its after-sales service is thus very very bad. There are so many other companies in Singapore doing this type of installation. Why not just go direct to the main ziptrack company or other similar companies to do the installation? Why take the risk with JB1 Curtain given the high cost of such an installation?
