poor attitude, like to argue, always have to win
never think for the customers
never think for long term solutions, you will waste a lot of money in following their patch solutions
no expert advise; ask to improve on that; they showed us another package
manager never truly oversee or follow through issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional and doesn't response to queries. Estate cleanliness is a total mess. Took pictures and emailed them for them to follow up, totally no response after a week.
The cobwebs and plasterbag worm is still all over the place at lobbies. This is the results of a lazy MA.
A good MA will walk the ground weekly to inspect the cleanliness and if there are any area that need touching up, they will take action. Not the case with this MA. Totally useless.
