Worst experience ever, went all the way down from Tampines only to realiase that the published car was sold long time ago. Worst thing is both and and my partner texted the salesman daryl 1 hour before going down when he's not even there? Other sales executive didn't even offer us a word of apology instead kept pushing their other vehicles. I honestly feel that they are using this tatic to draw customers in to upsell their more expensive vehicles

Came to Cartimes to find a car. Decided to get a Honda Shuttle. Was approached by Daryl for assistance. After getting a very good price decided to get the car from him. Daryl's service was excellent as he delivered everything that we wanted. 1) respray of car 2) polishing of interior and exterior 3) Accessories Etc One more excellent service was he manage to actually settle my car ASAP because i sold my car and needed a new car ASAP. Overall, excellent service...2 thumbs up!

Horrible, unethical, unscrupulous. To cut a long story short, I was looking to purchase a car as my current car is going to be scrapped soon. I went on a hunt to visit a couple of car dealer and decided on Cartimes located at Turf Club Road During discussion, they offered me a 10 years internal loan scheme with an interest rate that is much lower compared to those offering me 7 years loan, additionally, I will only need to pay a minimum downpayment of less than 10% and the car will be REGISTERED under MY NAME. I signed a sales agreement and made a deposit. The next few days went fine, I was told to sign a couple of documents which I told them if guarantor is a must, if yes, then I won't be proceeding. They assured me not need until suddenly I was told to find a guarantor due to the high loan amount, which I couldn't and was told my deposit will be forfeited, or else to add another 10% downpayment. I have no choice but to agree. Couple of days laters. I received a text to say my loan was approved but I have to register a company to proceed within the next 3 ours. I went to question further on why the need AS THIS WAS NOT TOLD FROM THE START and neither along with the whole conversation. The sales executive said they are exploiting a loophole by the LTA/Government which they need to do this to expedite the 10 years loan and my car will be under the COMPANY. Feeling unfair that I wasn't told from the start, he replied that he couldn't reveal until the loan is approved. I told him that what's the purpose of registering an empty company, what are the implications as I don't want to get in trouble with the law. Feeling uncomfortable and 'illegal' I refuse to proceed and my deposit is gone. He then offered to place my car under other's people companies, WHAT! Every dollar meant a lot to an ordinary citizen like us. It's unscrupulous to use an underhand method to lead us along. They have been hiding till the very last minute forcing us to play along. I hope the relevant authority could look into this to prevent people from being scammed as well. I learnt my lesson too, nothing is too good to be true.

I would give Zero stars if I could. I had a very bad experience with CarTimes @ Turf City, specifically Kyrah & her 2 associates. I already had a good deal for a Honda Fit with another company ($83k guaranteed COE with no top up), and Kyra gave me false information that CarTimes could beat this deal, and insisted that I travel to Turf City so that she could "give me better discounts face-to-face". In the end, the guaranteed COE with no-top up price was $92k - a far cry from what was originally offered, and they not once expressed remorse or apologised for feeding me false information and misleading me. She and her colleagues used fear tactics to try to dissuade me from buying from any dealers other than them. Once they sit you down, they will first pressure you into buying a car now - by showing you a diagram that "COE" will continue to rise up till $100K. Next, they will tell you that all car dealers are out to con you, and that CarTimes is the only trustworthy dealer out there - by showing you text messages and newspaper clippings of scams, making generic motherhood statements that every other dealer is out to con you, without providing any concrete evidence to back up their claims. Instead of focusing on selling the benefits of their packages, they seemed to put more focus into bashing the reputations and deals offered by other car dealers. Really unprofessional & unethical service. I definitely will not buy any cars from them. Please be careful of their tricks when engaging with them.

I have same experience as Sean. Really unprofessional. First visit for viewing everything ok before confirmation. Once confirm and downpayment make, what happen to Sean happen to me. Very disappointed with the service. Lot of empty promise. Already collecting my car for 2 weeks but still haven't return me my company stamp. Being chasing the saleman to return me my company stamp and accessories he promise but still no news. Hope top management can do something about it.

Worst car dealer in Singapore especially turf club unprofessional salesman, empty promised, arrogant sales manager talk like gangster, salesman smoke vapor in the showroom, see it to believe it, think twice before you buy from them. If you really want to buy from them, remember ask the salesman write every thing down to the sales agreement that they promise or else they will play cheat and deny "Got write on the sales agreement meh? How come I don't know ha?" You have been warned. Avoid salesman B.F

Excellent service. Zen was very patient and detailed in explaining every detail to me as I am a first time buyer. I asked many questions and he did his best to answer everything. Look for Zen when buying from CarTimes! Highly recommended!!
