★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my limousine with Wolero, sometime things happened, some missed arrangement, but very LUCKY I met Mr Ricky Phun, he is one of the driver from Wolero that coincidently on the spot where I was waiting for my limousine. Instantaneously, he was proactive to help me for rearrangement of the limousine, and just in 5-10minutes, my limousine was there for the pick up.

On the same time, I’ll like to thanks Mr Ryan, the replaced driver that picked me up, he drove smoothly, even though time seems to be rushing, but he still manage everything steady. Great????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A close friend asks me to give a review on his behalf. He was awarded a voucher fm HSBC for limo service by wolero. He booked his arrival trip fm Airport back home when he arrived, his limo was no where seen. So he called the given driver phone, the driver said he will be late and if possible to take a taxi home.... What kind of limo service is this unbelievable ...... We will never ever use this company service again.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for family of 5 to go to Legoland in Malaysia. Driver was punctual and friendly. No problems at the customs and we reached Legoland after a smooth journey. We had booked the driver for the whole day and he has been patiently waiting for us until we were ready to go back to Singapore. On the way back home he advised us on some good places for local food and after we were all contented, he brought us safely back to Singapore. It was a great experience for us and our children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used hsbc visa infinite card to book a limousine. My booking was 1pm and I reached punctually at the waiting point at 12.59pm.
The driver got of his car and in a very irritated tone, said to me I called you 3x but no answer, and I waited for you very long. I politely told him I was in the lift when he called, and he continue to complain that he usually reach 15 min earlier, so it must be my first time calling a limousine.
While I appreciate the driver for reaching early, the service attitude was seriously one of the worse I encountered.
I really hope HSBC could reconsider using Wolero as a vendor for premium service like this.
