BS Car Rental

All the cars are literally bad condition. I change the car 3 times! And all were really bad. When i came back and ask for a refund, everyone in the office started becoming a thug and acting like ah beng and ah lians. So much for customer service. Especially the lady, when i came to their office. She was sleeping infront of the customers. Theres no professionalism. Its like the place is being run by a group of dishonest kids. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

I rented their car for a day. Over chat they told me the car is available, so come down. When there already say the car not available. Choose another car but need wait awhile. Im fine with that no problem at all. I accidentally damage the car during my rental 3 hrs into my rental. Reversed into something and damage the rear bumper. Expect the damage cost to be 400 but ik rental companies will mark up so i expected maybe 700. Mind you this is COE japanese car im renting. So when i came back to let them analyse the damage, the guy straight away say "this is 1k plus" without even asking his workshop or anything. He even told me to pay 500 first and can pay the rest upon returning the car. Ik if i do that he might charge me up to 2k. So i said i only have certain amt of money and i paid 1k + loss of usage for 3 days. So 1k to repair the dent bumper and the boot latch- so that the boot can close. I paid 1k and continue with the rest of my day. I went to a drive thru at night. open the driver's window to order my food. finish ordering window cannot close. Honestly they were quite helpful. And told me to do this and that but fails. but point here is the condition of the car is so bad. parked the car at my hdb with the window open.. no choice 2-3months later. A guy came to my door. claiming i haven't pay BS Car rental the amount i owe. luckily i still have the transaction statement. And i show to them and they left. heres my experience with Bs Car rental. Now change name already.

If I can give a 0 star review, I would. Please be smarter than us and read the many many negative reviews on Google before contacting this company. It seems common practice to attempt to scam customers to pay for existing damages of the car when returning it. We got a very battle worn car, both headlamps had dents in them, the brakes were SUPER noisy and really a little disconcerting and intermittently, the reverse mode and the brakes would suddenly be not so sensitive. . Plus when we were returning the car, the guy Marcus insisted that a scratch right at the very bottom of the door cannot be proved to be preexisting based on our photo. He said 'if it was already there when you took the car, you would have taken a clearer photo right'. To be honest compared to the many many other more prominent dents in the car (pics here) , this was nothing. But he still tried to charge us $300 for a spray paint job. We asked Marcus to show us a photo of this door without a scratch, and after scrolling through his gallery for very long, he admitted he couldn't find any. After some unhappiness, he let us go. We found this company on Carousell and dealt with then offline upon request. To be honest they are cheap, hence I understand if the car quality is lousy. I do understand that I get what I pay for. But why this dubious scam attempt though? I lost all trust in this company and would not deal with them again. We didn't really lose out much, but if you're a potential customer please read our reviews and beware.

The reason why im giving a bad review is that it was an unintention of damage to the side of the car. Something where if i were to fix it it will cost less then 100 or even 150.i have friends who are fixing cars and have own workshop. Thing is i gave more fuel then what i was given,doesn't compassinate back the money and ridiculas that a cover that cost less then 100 become total of $500. It's just ridiculas that a company just want to scam your money. I learn the lesson of not taking from this company.condition of the vehicle was total outrages, dirty,aircon not working well,side window can't roll down. Its totally ridiculas.i do not recommend this company if you guys want to rent a car from here. Told me that the car i wanted was available but when i came down give me stupid excuse and had to wait for a new car bour 10/15 mins ridiculas.

SCAM COMPANY. My brother was told by this guy name MARCUS to pay $300 when he returned the car due to scratches BELOW car bumper? Being too lenient and because my brother scared that he might not have an evidence picture before driving, he agreed to pay $300 and 2-3 days later pestering my brother to pay the remaining $2k just because the coolant was leaking? Common sense, that damages is definitely not done by him but instead the car is already not in good condition. Please do not easily trust cheap car rental company. Definitely a scammer to earn easy money!

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! TOTAL SCAMMER! My daughter, 20 YO rented a car with Auto Leasing (AL) at 55 Serangoon North Ave 4 #04-04 (they have a few company under the same address) 3 months ago. She got into a minor accident while reversing in a carpark and caused a minor scratch on the TP car but the TP refused a private settlement which probably cost lest than $2000 and insisted to claim from his insurance. Hence, we were asked to make the excess payment of $10k to Auto Leasing which we did via cash cheque (refer to attachment) as insisted by Marcus who handled the case. He has also asked for addition Legal Fee which we also made via cash as insisted by him too (refer to attachment). A few day later, the TP insurer contacted my daughter to ask for payment. This is when we felt suspicious when we had already made the payment to Auto Leasing. We tried contacting Marcus and he kept saying he will settle with the insurer but he never did. I called the insurer yesterday and understood that the claim amount by the TP is $4800 and Marcus had only paid $2400 so far (refer to attached). I have also spoken to the Boss, Jackie. He knows about the case and is not taking responsibility stating that I have made payment to Marcus via cash and not to the company. When I said I wanted to make a police report, his tone changed (refer to attached). I have asked for the contract to be send to me and the boss, Jackie has yet to response. The attached contract was for previous rental before this case (I understand should be similar). Have tried to make a police report yesterday but was unable to as the police need the contract to file a case. I am now very dishearten as i am afraid that I might not be able to get my balance back and the Legal Fees which I am even not to paid. I wrote this to advise the public about this case and to put and awareness to avoid this Company at all cause. I AM ONE UNFORTUNATE VICTIM, DO NOT BE THE NEXT.

Do beware of this company as we do not want more victims got into this company trap. After the incident, We realised this company keep on changing their name when they post their ads. J. Auto Leasing/ Auto Leasing/ BS Car Rental all this names under the same company located at 55 Serangoon North Avenue 4 #04-04. We rented their car for 1 week smoothly till last day. Seem that the group of hooligans looking ah beng and ah lian syndicated team that are out to cheat the person rent their car. I was not feeling well half way after our supper and my BIL help me to drive the car home. During our journey home, we realised that we are being follow by this group of people. When we reach our location, this group of people came to the car and ask whether my BIL are the main driver of the rental vehicle. My BIL say no as I was not well. This group of people then say that I breach their contract and was told to compensate $3000. We plead with them as this is my first time hire the car and Im not really understand how it works. After much plead, this group of people say pay $1500 instead. We are scare not knowing what to do and worry they might do some dangerous things to us, I then paynow them the amount of $1500 and make a police report. After reading all the reviews, I was shocked that so many incidents happen to others.So all the people out there please beware not to fall into their trap!

To anyone looking for a car (even last minute), refrain from renting a car from this place (aka J auto leasing). I did not have much of a choice and had to book a car urgently very last minute a day before so I rented a car from this place as the carousell feedbacks were not so bad. The car was not maintained at all. The exterior and interior of the car was quite bad. It was dusty and there were more than 4 small cockroaches inside the car which we happened to see (you never know how many more there is or what else there is) and when I gave this feedback to the shop when returning the car, they did not apologize or anything but smiled it off instead like they already knew about it. Never renting a car from this place again and I'll strongly discourage anyone from renting a car from this place as well.
