β β β β β I booked a pickup from Changi to an Orchard Road hotel, bus arrived in good time, my hotel did have a driveway for the bus to pull into but instead I was made to get out in the middle of Orchard Road with my luggage in rush hour with no assistance. My return to Changi was arranged with phone call and email to confirm pickup time, needless to say I waited for over an hour and shuttle did not appear. Very disappointed and would hesitate to use or recommend this service if I visit Singapore again.

β β β β β My child is from Pathlight school. Had told the management to change the bus route to drop off the kids at main lobby which is so much safer than dropping them by the bus stop outside Compass one. It is very dangerous to drop off kids by the bus stop during peak hours.
At least 3 big buses at the bus stop every 5 min and at least 10 taxis queue from taxi stand all the way back , past the bus stop. Over 30 people at the bus stop area with no safe distancing ambassadors. Thanks!
