Wide variety of non leather sofas. Some of it are really comfortable. Pushing a high 4 digit package and when you do not take it, the sales person changed face, turned away immediately and walked off. I think you should understand your customer needs/preference/situation first. People not taking up is either they don’t find it attractive or the offer is not what they are looking for. Don’t take it personal. Good service makes pp feel welcomed and there might be chance for us to reconsider or refer people over.
Sorry to say.. this is the first and last.
