Note World Consultancy Pte Ltd and Worldmark Empolyment & Constancy (formerly know as Maidtalk International Business & Consultant) are both owned by Lim Yau Huat (called himself Mark Lim). AVOID AT ALL COSTS even if his service is provided to you for free, unless you enjoy dealing with liars and the nightmares you'll face with him once $ has passed hands. I was expected to bring the FDW to MOM to apply for her work pass card on a date/time he had scheduled without consulting me (he knew that the FDW was hired to look after my elderly handicapped mom). When I changed the date, he asked me how I managed to do so. Isn't this basic knowledge a FDW agent should have? The worst is he would constantly lie and when questioned, claim ignorance of facts regarding the FDW. If I would have known these facts about the FDW, I would surely not have chosen her. And non-stop harassments from both himself and the FDW after I returned the FDW to him after only 18 days of being with me. Last straw was when my 86 years old mom fall in the FDW's care (1st time in our 18 years of having FDWs). And the harassments continued despite they both knew my mom was and still is hospitalised (3 weeks alrdy) for fractured back. So for your own peace of mind, AVOID AT ALL COSTS such NIGHTMARE agents (btw his service fee alone, excluding other fees, was more than $2,000 and he has no intention to provide any refund for such incompetent (and packed with lies) service. I guess you will understand why I refused a replacement FDW from him - I'm just following my own advice, AVOID EVEN IF IS FREE. BTW, I had to choose at least 1 star to post this review, but I'm sure you'll agree, this agent doesn't deserve any star, in fact it should be in the minus for not only the financial losses suffered but all the stressed caused by his lies and incompetent admin support. 25 May, latest update on the unethical Worldmark : He had taken a total of $4486 (on 3 occasions, all transferred to him via Paynow) for 18 days of work by the domestic worked he had placed with me. Whom I have sent back to him and refused a replacement. He has the cheek to provide a refund of $900, which he deem to be fair amount. And he insisted to transfer the refund to me into my bank account as he claimed Ï never paylah or paynow because I dont do internet banking". I can't even believe what I read.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Boss/agent of this agency, Mark Lim is irresponsible, unethical, dishonest and a great actor. Does not render assistance and hardsell her transfer FDW. Worst thing to do is actually sending me a transfer FDW whom was tested Covid positive on Day 9 - on recovery period! When he actually knew that FDW is already not feeling well, he still brought her to my house with 3 children for interview! Not mentioning all the issues in between in just a week (+another week of isolating his Covid+ FDW in my house) AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST! Dont bother wasting your hard earned money & precious time!
