β β β β β Extremely good experience with Magnum Agency. I was struggling to get the right FDW after going through with at least 5 other agencies. When I contacted Magnum, Lionel listened to my requirements patiently and gave a lot of helpful suggestions. Within an hr he got me a potential candidate and within 3hrs we confirmed that candidate who can cook, handle kids and importantly speak English. And swiftly within a month, Magnum got the FDW from Indonesia into Singapore very smoothly and completed SHN successfully.
It has been a month since this FDW joined my household and we are very pleased. Till date Lionel still patiently handle my queries on and off. Amazingly attitude!! Totally will recommend Magnum to all my friends and relatives.

β β β β β Got a helper for my mother, all paperwork was done online, very responsive and patient to my numerous watsapp queries, got to interview maid twice when she was in Indonesia. VINCENT makes sure we are 100 percent okay to have the maid before she arrives here(was very worried due to the pandemic but SHN and tests were all arranged appropriately before her arrival to SG)all package prices were transparently displayed to me. He also makes sure the maid's work permit card is received by employer as well. A big thank you to you,my mother is happy and well taken care of.

β β β β β Need a helper? Choose this agency & look for VINCENT!!!! Yes him. Why? He is friendly & will answer to every single question you ask in simple words which will make you understand. He will explain step by step & very straight forward with the price! Not like some agency where sometimes they use difficult words & make you confused. Lol. Vincent is also a funny guy too! Super friendly & not pushy! Look for Vincent!!!!!

β β β β β I highly recommend Vincent to be the agent for engaging a helper. He is very responsive and honest. He is the first agent I know that helps employer to do interview with your potential helper. He helped to facilitate my interview session with my potential helper to ensure an optimum match between helper's expectations and employer's needs. Very honest and not pushy. His agent fees are reasonable too! He is also a comical guy in my opinion. That makes discussion cordial and less stressful.

Since this year August, we had started looking for helper. Due to covid 19, the helper selection were very limited and transfer helpers were choosy too but Vincent still very positive, responsive and helpful to us. Finally after 4 months, we got one and I am very pleased with my helper.
