Yuki was very friendly when I arrived at the clinic during the last visit and she was very focus on her work to make sure everything was in place. Dr Lim was giving advise while cleaning my teeth patiently. Overall, their service was good!

Professional and reassurance service from the Dentist. Being one whom is unable to take unbearable pain, the assurance and patience from the Dentist makes my dental trip so much at ease and comfort. Fantastic service from the front counters as well. I’ll definitely recommend Wow dental clinic. Thumbs up! ??

Super rude dentist and poor front counter service. Regardless of doctor or dentist you are a healthcare provider and you need to exercise patience and understanding for your patients clients or whatsoever. The dentist was so rude to remark “ Cannot follow Simple English” when have already earlier mentioned having hearing issue at front desk. With all the sounds and dentist wearing mask goggle etc his instructions were muffled which was reason why couldn’t follow instructions. Is this how you treat your paying patients by giving a rude remark ??? To dentist : Suggest you learn to respect people and exercise patience - don’t forget you are a service provider end of the day and today your service failed big time ?

I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Lim as my dentist in WOW Dental. He has done my braces, filling, scaling and polishing, you name it. I trust his work and his advice completely, and all of his work has been outstanding. Couple that with the staff who had been accommodating and friendly I would say this clinic is highly recommended!

I did my braces with Wow Dental, started on July 2020. Clinic is filled with friendly and pleasant staff, Doctor Lim is knowledgeable and well-versed in the dentistry field, provided many dental hygiene advice that will benefit you in long-run. Location is very convenient, just 2 bus-stop from Lakeside MRT and many other bus-route within Jurong Region. Clinic environment is clean, modern and equipment are up to date. No hidden cost, pricing wise very transparent.

A simple, down-to-earth Dentist who is passionate about what he does. Dr Lim is definitely a chatty Dentist who constantly communicates and ensure we stay calm and well-informed. Sent my 4-6 year old kids for checks and he progressively provided care, provide essential advice for us parents. Soon enough, I was confident to seek Dr Lim's consultation for my personal dental affairs myself. Dr Lim is very open and straightforward, he doesn't push, but provide every options as experts in the field. Definitely a clinic I am willing to trust and pay for honest services. Sincere services from counter staff, firm but respectful assistant, and a friendly neighbourhood Dentist residents of Jurong can go to. :)

My first dental experience here was very unpleasant and dissapointing. Before the start of the cleaning procedure, insurance explanation was repeatedly informed by receptionist and the dentist himself. Receptionist have explain it good and clear. When i then entered the dental room, the dentist, Dr Lim Foong Fee again explained about the insurance but this time the way he speaks is rude and judgemental. All the words he chose to explain is clearly looking down on his patients and this is as if we have no money to pay for his dental services. One of the sentence he said was "DO NOT TRY TO COME AGAIN IN 2 WEEKS AFTER THIS TO CLAIM INSURANCE FROM YOUR COMPANY AS WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN YOU" I was not even going to claim insurance as from the start i have signed the declaration for treatment fee to be self paid. I feel that as a dentist, he should be more professional at explaining by being more polite, using the right tone and carefully picking the right words when speaking. He should not use his own unfortunate experiences to vent on especially new patients that is trying to discover new potential dental. Overall, this is the worst dental i've ever been to.
