โ โ โ โ โ Quite a lousy company. I called once.... they picked up but no one spoke at all. Called back a few seconds later... it just rings on and on with no one picking up this time. I can understand why it's called WTS.............

โ โ โ โ โ worst experience with a tour agency, booked a package to genting and paid for it but it was cancelled two weeks before the trip. worst of all, i contacted them every single day requesting for an invoice because they provided one with the wrong name. no response and updates through chat and phone calls. now they're telling me that a refund takes a month to process. on top of that, terrible customer service, please do not make a reservation with them and spread this to others.
