β β β β β As per the website OTH branch closing business hour at 9 PM even after reaching 8.30 PM was chased away by the sales personΒ with zero customer service. The salesperson was rude and the least brother listen to theΒ only sentence "Come tomorrow" and upon asking why no one answered phone queries "no more phone support" then please mention on your website.

β β β β β This is my first ever bad review on Google, and i decide to give to WTS (Tampines). My wife went there 3 times to apply for her Malaysia visa. The stuff cant even advise the correct documents require. Even show my wife a bad attitude. Where is your customer service ?

β β β β β The whole experience from getting from Singapore to KL was horrible. From changing of busses at JB to the agency transferring us to a taxi to take us to sunway from some gas station. Not to mention the driver had no idea where to drop us off when we were at sunway. Not recommended

β β β β β worst experience with a tour agency, booked a package to genting and paid for it but it was cancelled two weeks before the trip. worst of all, i contacted them every single day requesting for an invoice because they provided one with the wrong name. no response and updates through chat and phone calls. now they're telling me that a refund takes a month to process. on top of that, terrible customer service, please do not make a reservation with them and spread this to others.

β β β β β Had trouble finding the office, any who had been there might be able to relate. Person seemed knowledgeable and got few required details as well. But I did not like the attitude and did not find the service to be pleasing either. Much to improve tbf.

β β β β β Agree with nelly's review, my Genting trip also got canceled at the very last minute, and a refund to the credit card will take up to 3 months. They are just holding hostage our money. How can it be a Genting side system error? Before booking, I did check on the Genting website. It all shows fully booked, yet they still sell the package; they should have just immediately suspended all bookings instead of waiting for clarification from Genting. Now every day, I log in to my iBanking to see if the amount is refunded or not. I do not recommend booking with them!

+ Can purchase tickets online
- But no instructions on how to get to bus bay 11, which is directly facing the big foyer / hawker centre.
+ Can show e ticket to board bus to Malaysia which goes through Tuas Checkpoint and 2nd link way checkpoint.
+ Bus is spacious with good legroom and comfortable to sleep.
- However have to change bus many times, at least thrice jus to get to KL!

β β β β β 1) offices are often fully occupied wt work, will take some time to get a response.
Please allow long waiting responds from Facebook if your not in hurry or urgency.
2) singapore flyer departure is at a coach bay within the flyer ticketing's adjacent coach area.
(Not the coach parking bay - opposite a bus terminal)
3) they have a singapore standby personal number just incase. Request it before hand, however the personnel wouldn't be able to guide you with direction.
Just ve certain the geographic location of Singapore flyer coach bus area
