★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trash outlet with bad service and attitude. Poor hygiene services etc. My friend did a piercing and she kept saying I took a video when i clearly did not. Scolded me and did not want to carry on with the service when it was half done. Poor hygiene and did not use gloves or any sanitary methods. Poor service attitude definitely no go. Even use some dirty pen to outline it. Never ever coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14 years ago I had a piercing done at XCraft and had an ear infection. I decided to give it another shot and had a piercing done at this branch. I made a marking where I would like the placement of the piercing to be at and the store lady still managed to pierce it wrong.... work was slipshod and hasty!
I also had a helix piercing done. 3 days later, I had a bad infection at the piercing site (AGAIN) and had to see a doctor... my ear was swollen and extremely tender and painful! Would not recommend this place for piercings, it’s cheap but lacks hygiene!!!!! Nothing has improved over the years.... Atrocious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always come to this store to find my 925 silver ear studs. They have a considerable range of items and the service is okay too.
Only to note that the store is usually mended by 1 staff only, so sometimes in between they may close for toilet/lunch breaks, you may have to hang around a while or come back later. ?
