★ ★ ★ ★ ★ told me that i was confusing in my request for a new pair of shoes to try on both sides, proceeded to scold me for touching the glass panel that the shoes were on. am a returning customer because i like their slippers. comfortable shoes with good designs but they don’t last long and now their service has regressed. unfortunately they will be losing me as a customer from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful shoes, reasonable prices and good service. The shoes are comfortable too, however, they don't last long (broke within a few months). Still worth it though, but do remember that it is a bit like the fast fashion of shoes - cheap, trendy, but poor quality (in terms of durability anyway).
