★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my one star with Coach Gilbert, very knowledgeable and brings comic relief here and there during the lesson. Overall quite a good experience! Would recommend. Only negative is that the waters are quite murky and sometimes you can see litter floating around. Free parking outside the facility also! Pat is also very nice and helps takes nice photos and videos of the experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad and I did our 1 star kayaking course with Gilbert in Feb 2022. The course was very enjoyable and Gilbert went beyond the syllabus to teach us extra skills. A very good experience. Gilbert is a patient teacher who breaks down the skills and makes it easy for us to understand and remember. His wife was there on both days to take photos and make sure we are okay. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back for my 2 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great 1-star kayaking course with Coach Gilbert, from introduction of the boat and equipments, maneuver with comprehensive paddling strokes, clear the water out of the boat and most importantly rescue and safety.
From unable to control the kayak up to steer it straight in narrow lane in between pillars and also from fear of falling into the water to comfortable capsize drills and getting back to the cockpit - all in 2 days! That is testimony of how effective the course was, all thanks to Coach Gilbert detail attention to individual despite group of about 10 people and his seasoned experience in kayaking domestically and white water kayaking in New Zealand.
Coach Gilbert is very skillful, patient, fun and funny, care and passionate about people in need and sustainable power generation!
Thumbs up to Pat for clear information, reminder, coordination and photo taking.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coach Gilbert is experienced and knowledgeable about Kayaking. Attended the 1 star kayaking class and had fun while learning a lot of kayaking knowledge and skills, like learning how to control the direction of the kayak, capsizing and how to rescue a fellow kayaker. Pat was also very caring and concern for our well-being and we felt really safe in their hands. I definitely recommend anyone to join their class if you’re looking to learn kayaking! - JY

Not forgetting Pat, lovely wife who is making sure we are okay all these while. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you Gilbert and Pat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my 1 star in Jan 2021 & I have just completed my 2 stars in Jan 2022 with xtreme kayaking under the same coach Gilbert. He is a very very experience coach & he is also very willing to impart his skills to all of his trainees. He could pinpoint our mistakes instantaneously & correct them immediately. I've enjoyed my 2 stars course very much largely due to coach Gilbert was there to correct all my mistakes. THANK YOU coach Gilbert & Pat for your patience, guidance & encouragements.

Overall I enjoyed the experience very much, Coach Gilbert is very fun, understanding and kind. He is very patient when teaching and ensures that you master the technique.
