β β β β β Our Apartment was well maintained and they also offer cleaning services which was very handy for us. Though they took some time to find our apartment, they maintained good communication throughout our stay and overall, I found them to be good.

β β β β β I do not recommend trusting XACCO for you stay in Singapore.
During my stay, I was faced with a lack of responsiveness to occurring problems from XACCO's side and sometimes did not get a response for days. We had problems with the WI-FI, and the washing machine did not work from the start on (we had to wash our clothes at a friend's flat) we only the WI-FI fixed after we set a deadline and threatened to deduct 5% of the month's rent.
Some time into our stay, the cheerful agent which was managing the operations in Singapore suddenly stopped working for XACCO and which of course made the situation with getting issues fixed in a timely manner worse.
But the biggest problems started after we moved out: They have this weird setup where you just receive your deposit 90 days after the contract is over, however, in my case they did not fully transfer the full amount on the date they were supposed to.
They informed me and my flatmates that they would separate this transfer in 2 (which makes no sense, as deposits should not be used for operating costs), and still were late for the payments.
On the contract it was informed that if we were late for our payment we would need to pay a 10% late fee, so we communicated that we will also charge a 10% late fee if the deposit arrived late, and it was confirmed by XACCO that they would pay this fee. However, the 10% late fee was never transferred, and ignores all of our contact approaches.
My flatmates and I are not the only group this happened with, there are other people who are in the same situation even though we left the apartment in perfect condition.

β β β β β I had a wonderful experience with XACCO in Singapore. One thing which I appreciated the most was that their agent took out the time and spoke to me for good 45 mins via a WhatsApp call while I was in India to explain everything to me. The process was fairly easy, the communication was swift, and the apartment was very nice. Definitely recommended!

β β β β β I have had a difficult time finding myself a place in the new city and that's when I happened to bump into someone who suggested to me "XACCO".
New to the concept, I am happy I was introduced to this company who very quickly understood my housing needs.
All my demands, budget considerations, hygiene, and neighborhood were taken care of.
Excellent services were given by the team.
FACT: I suggested it further to my friends arriving new to the city who also had an amazing experience with XACCO.

β β β β β Terrible experience, avoid at all costs.
The poorest housing experience I had in my life. The apartment was too highly priced, communication was poor and the contract they set up with you allows them to hold your deposit for three months. In our case, we did not even get back the deposit after 3 months, since they used the deposit for their operating costs - an unbelievable no-go. However, they do not make up for it, although they told us they would do so. I cannot recommend this company in any way to people (especially students) who value reliability, fair treatment and good communication.

β β β β β Booked my stay through Xacco when I visited Singapore, and I must say it was a seamless experience from booking to checkout. The apartment that I had booked matched the photos shown on their website. It was clean, spacious, well-furnished and everything was in perfect working condition. The team at Xacco was prompt and responsiveness, and I also got my deposit back within the time mentioned on their contract. All in all, a positive experience and I would highly recommend them! ?
