Unlike usual mee jian kueh that's thick. This is crispy and thin!
My favorites are Coconut, Cheese, Ham + cheese!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you prefer the thin, crispy, airy Penang style of mee jian kuay to the chewy sometimes fibrous Singaporean variety, this place is a must. Been visiting this stall from before when they were in Marsiling. Now that they've moved here, the stall owner's son has taken over, with the dad still showing up every now and then. The mee jian kuay is still in my opinion the best you can get in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We make regular trips to Admiralty (we don't live nearby at all) just to eat the Mee Juan Kueh here. Crispy and thin - haven't really seen this sold elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Kampung Admiralty Hawker Centre. Always long queue during breakfast hour. We love their yam cake and Chee Cheong Fun, it taste good even only served with oil, soya sauce and white sesame topping.
