★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Hokkien Mee i have ever tried . Using flat yellow noodles. i am thinking maybe he only one person doing it and cannot cope with it. Anyway that my experience. Really bad. The best i tried so far Changi Village. The Classic Hokkien me at Toa Payoh already retired He uses thin mee hoon with round yellow noodles and cook in lard. That is the best .?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent Hokkien Mee, wet type. Nothing much to shout about. No wok-hei, small portion. The chillis is on the sweet side. $4 for the plate is above average pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stall holder was dishonest. I ordered $4 plate without sotong, he took out 3 prawns but only gave 2 on my plate. When I tried to tell him, he simply ignored me. Not going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cook fried up a plate of leftover cooked noodles for a few secs to serve. Only prawns were fresh to cook. There were some harden bits of the noodle which I need to spit out. This is disappointing for the unlucky me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was ok at best for $3. Noodles were al dente, not too soggy, had a good firm bite. Flavour wise it was there but I just don’t taste any like wow seafoodish flavour. Comes with 2 small deshelled prawns. At $3, it’s as good as it can get but probably will not warrant a second visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queued 30 mins for this, ended up with an alkaline smelling hokkien mee, noodles were hard. $5 portion 11/10 won’t come again. Don’t waste your time and stomach. I’ve never give a 1 star rating and this stall deserves it.
