Used to be a nice coffeeshop, but now the food variety is pretty stale

There are some good food stalls here. Western, Chinese & indian.

The pork satay and rojak is good here! Sometimes it’s a long wait though.

Is this how cleaner suppose to clean the dining table? My family and I saw this incident at Blk 496 Jurong west coffeeshop. We were totally turned off. I believe no matter how dirty the tables are, the cleaners are still supposed to use proper cleaning cloth to clean the table. The cleaner in the photo had used the floor mop to clean the table and next mopped the floor?! This is not the first time seeing improper handling of cleanliness. We understand that we cannot expect much from a coffeeshop and also elderly cleaners need more compassionate while doing laborious job but we totally cannot understand for such case! We had tried talking to the supervisor but she seem very busy to listen to us (during off peak)! At least please do proper hygiene cleaning during this Covid period!

The tea drink most of the times is low standard. Not thick enough. Most of the times the tea is at half of the cup or lower before hot water is poured in. Almost like plain water. Went to other coffeeshop under this franchise also happened the same thing. Not sure they are told to pour half to save cost. Hope they can improve on this.

Alot of people eat kway chay at this coffee shop. But I ate rojak at this bbq satay & rojak stall. Its not bad. I ate the mix rojak. You can ask for more spicy. And it's reasonably price. For $5 mix rojak(see picture), you get rose apple from Thailand (which she said that it's more expensive). 3.5 star
