Went once for my frozen shoulder and once for my sprained ankle, after one treatment each, it's ok. Won't anyhow ask you do extra to earn your money. Honest Chinese sinseh... Cheaper than my Yu Ren Sheng treatment too

Is a scam! Over price severely. Cost $120 for medicine and $120 for treatment. I seriously hope the authorities will investigate this unethical company. I do not recommend anyone to come here.

I had a pleasant experience. Dr Lai was professional. He was detailed, he will ensure that there was improvement in the treated area and the tension was released before moving to the next area. Everything was well.

Dr Lai tried and it was a great relief to my neck, shoulder, lower spine etc. The next few days was more aching, painful but you do see the effects later. They do not push for package deals and they tried to settle your issues in a few sessions. No hard selling , just dedicated TCM efforts. But like all TCM, you need to be sore for a few days before the results start appearing slowly.

Have been having neck and shoulder discomfort and pain for several days. Saw the shop and decided to give it a try today during lunch break Dr Lai was very professional and adjusted my posture and really felt a lot of the pressure and tension lifted away from my neck and shoulders. Been to a lot of massages but this is the first time which i felt the pressure removed from the neck. He even gave advise on keeping a right posture! Thank you!

My experience is average and you will not have wow factor after the visit. Had lower back pain due to the old injury and decided to visit the TCM nearby me after reading some good reviews. Dr Lai attended to me. Not much talk from him and the whole process of tuina is quite painful (I have visited other TCM before and the experience a lot better). My experience with Dr Lai is I dunno what he’s gonna to do to my leg, back or any part of my body cuz he doesn’t explain a lot. That makes me feel a little bit not comfortable. After the tuina, he asked me to check is there any improvement, in fact not much cuz the pain is still there. Good thing about him is he’s trying very hard to get the right point to treat my backache. However, after some tuina and cupping, the improvement is not significant but I have decided not to continue as the treatment is quite painful, at least to me. Consultant fee is relatively high if compare to other TCM. Pros: U can see the Dr is trying his best to give you his best treatment. Enviroment is clean and neat. Cons: Not much interactions, treatment is painful and not that effective (at least for me), fee on higher side

Visited the clinic, to my surprise, saw the area cooking Chinese Medicine was just beside the toilet , around a pile of junk and debris, hard to move. Obviously with serious hygiene issue and is unacceptable. Understand TCM clinics require license cooking Chinese Medicine. Can TCM practitioners Board help to investigate ? Also, the price of Chinese Medicine in other TCM clinics is based on different medicines given and dosages, but this clinic make you pay one standard pricing, which is unreasonable. Will CASE help to look into this matter ?

I was very lucky to come across Dr Lai more than a year back. Back then, I was experiencing chronic neck, shoulder and back pain due to my lifestyle and being a father of 2 young children. Thanks to his skill, he has helped me to manage my symptoms well this past year. What I like is that he will check in on my pain areas at every session, and will do his best using a mix of techniques (tuina, cupping, bone setting/整骨to ensure I walk out of the clinic relieved from pain. Charges wise, I will say it is reasonable - but you need experience with the prices of other TCM places (especially big chains) or Western chiropractors to appreciate this. Finally, just wanted to say that I am a regular now with Dr Lai (unfortunately) but I am thankful that there is someone who can reliably help me manage my pains and aches when required. He is also good to have a chat to. Thank you Dr Lai!
