Over price severely, went for 15mins acupuncture and charged $160+. And despite heavy bills, I didnt even feel better at all. Super upsell, keep asking you to sign the package and join member etc. Will never recommend this TCM. No receipts issue when I asked for it. All written in a black piece paper for the breakdown of bills. Terrible

Super over priced. Wife had a sprain and paid $208 for a treatment duration of 1 hour - acupuncture, massage, medicine for 7 days and a plaster. Tried to upsell us but I was firm to not purchase. There is another tcm which is at the other corner at the same level that is way better. Had a sprain few months back and I paid around $75 only and felt a lot better after few hours later.

I've been getting my tuina massages here regularly for the past 3 years, and honestly find the massages very good. A former athlete who used to get sports massages, I usually have to tell masseuses to use more strength but at this place, I don't have to. The masseuses in general have great technique and strength. It's not a luxurious place, pretty no-frills, but i get solid massages at a decent price (around $46 per hour after getting a package), and that's all I care about. Not sure why it gets all these bad reviews- they mostly seem like complaints about the acupuncture price, but I thought it seems quite unfair so I decided to write this review. In short, I would recommend CMC for their tui na massages. Hope this helps people looking for tui na massages.

My bf had a slight sprain in his elbow and we decided to walk in to just consult a physician and perhaps a acupuncture. The female physician is totally not reliable and not upfront with their treatment cost. She straightaway lure my bf to the treatment room and proceed with uncalled for massage, gua sha and acupuncture. And the total bill cost up to $250! Plus the receptionist keeps hard selling on their packages. We shld have just ignore and paid whatever we felt is appropriate but we were too stunned to even react. I seriously hope the authorities will investigate this unethical company!

Went to CMC Rivervale Mall on 10/5/21, for sprained back. Cos it’s due to home. First question that receptionist asked me is β€œDo you have insurance?” Next, went in to consultation room, physician recommended acupuncture, massage, cupping, medication, Guasha, everything that she can think of. Next, went in to treatment room, masseur keep pushing for me to sign package. The cupping is so terrible that caused my whole back to be uneven. And also keep pushing to buy their $20 cream for the massage as it is more effective. After massage, when paying at the counter, receptionist kept asking to buy package as it is cheaper and more worthy. She went ahead to charge me package rate until I gave her a stern β€œNo!”. She amended the bill and the whole bill for that session came to $234. Fyi. I visited the Punggol Plaza outlet before and the experience i equally bad. Looking at the past reviews, will CASE help to look into this matter?

I had knee pain due to patella maltracking. Made an appointment thinking this is the TCM near bubble tea shop. Since appointment was already made, I went ahead. The doctor didnt even touch my knee. She just look at it and say its swollen. She dont look confident when she gave me the diagnosis. When I talk to her, she was not paying attention but busy writing away on the card. She arrange for massage and said that I will do acupunture after that. I told the lady who did the massage that my knee is painful but she still massage it hardly at the area thats painful. Acupunture was for about 5-6 needles only on the right knee. After that, I went to the counter and they say my bill is 200 plus. I said I dont want the medication (which cost $75) as I cant swallow medicine that is liquid. They have prepared the medicine even before Im out from doing my treatment. Insist I pay for it but I also insist not paying for it. End up I only pay for consultation, massage amd acupunture which come up to about $131. I went home, and got a swollen knee 1 hour after that. My knee got worse then before. Check around with a friend and was told that the massage should not have been done in the first place. Im never going back there

My family go there from time to time to receive tuina and acupuncture treatment. I normally go tuina as the pressure is just right for me, the massage therapist knows the pressure points very well and helps me relax on my stiff shoulders and muscles. Tried acupuncture last Nov when I injured one of my ankle, administered by physician Zhang sth, quite surprised after the treatment, I can walked less painful and recovered a few days later.

I hurt my thumb. Once entering the shop, they told me everything should be claimable from insurance so I should get everything. The doctor finished the examining in mins. After acupuncture and tuina, I was given a medicated patch to wear overnight and it gave me a very bad rashes which is even more painful then my original hurt thumb. They also kept selling expensive medicine and cream.
