Order was delayed and ETA change a total of THREE times to 210pm.
Ridiculous. If cannot handle order then dont appear on grab. Waste consumer time. Had to cancel order in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DAMN GOOD MALA. BEST IN SINGAPORE JB AND SOME SAY BATAM!! Very very reasonably priced also and definitely a special taste to it. My family and i literally frequent it so much we cant stop coming back even though we live far away! They take the effort to customise to your every want and make no complains about our million requests ?The chef and the staff are super super friendly and welcoming also. Please set up more stalls across Singapore (serangoon next please!) ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our new go to spot for Mala in Sengkang, prices are reasonable compared to the others in the area. They let you customise your spiciness, numbness and saltiness levels over here! Wide range of selection in terms of ingredients as well. Other dishes here also make a good diversity to a warm spicy meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would said the lousiest mala xiangguo I tried in Seng Kang so far.. just la (spicy).. but no ma (Sichuan peppercorn) ! Their queue machine spoilt and ask me why don't come and ask if it ready.. I waited for 15min.. The coffee shop is so small can't she (the sale counter staff, Chinese lady).
Also they weigh the meat I ordered which is 100g of pork belly which suppose to be $2.80.. but she charge $3.50.. which mean she OVER CHARGE..
See photo.. one person consume about coming to $12 is this amount.. one small square plate.. Of course vegetables over cooked.. all shrink...
Anyway will be my FIRST and LAST to this store even I stay across the road..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after giving it a third chance after almost from my disappointment in my previous order, it still doesnt taste as good as 2-3 years back. Maybe the chef has changed? Garlic used was not cooked, maggie was soggy, the other ingredients doesn’t have mala flavour blend well in it. Oh wells, try it for yourself. Used to be my favourite though.
