Worse reception staff in all of the clinic I ever went to. Very rude and not helpful and are tarnishing the doctor’s reputation, which I think are really good. Went for a hepatitis booster shot that was always administered in the same clinic only to be asked what which hepatitis vaccine cause they need to check the stock, I told them to check my reservation notes but they aren’t willing to. then hurried me out and ask me to leave my contact. contacted later in the day with very rude tone saying I’m already late for my appt so I got to wait. When I asked whether my vaccine is in stock she said only doctor can tell me with very rude tone. sorry not sorry but I’m not coming back again ever.

Any parent will feel anxious and worried whenever their young ones are sick. Really thankful to Dr Chong as he always gives us that sense of security whenever we go to him. We know that the baby is in good hands! Dr Chong always gives his sincere and undivided attention even though his clinic is super packed! He tries to make sure the kid is comfortable and truly cares for his patients. I wanted to get additional supplements and Dr chong told me what we are doing right now is adequate and added that the kid should be eating more spinach instead of having to spend more money on supplements! On top of that, the ladies at the counter are also polite and helpful even when they are under tremendous stress since the clinic is so busy. Thank you Dr chong and your staff for the care and patience you have for all the patients !!!

Been going to this clinic for 11 years since staying in buangkok. Good thing i dont see the rude counter staff anymore. Yes she was rude, like i owe her a million dollars. No jobs for rude people on earth. She’s goneeeee. Hurray The current nurses are the long time staffs, and they are really good and nice people Dont let 1 rude staff spoil the rest of the nice people here. Doctor Vincent is simply awesome I really love the current minimalist concept of the clinic.

Being new to the neighbourhood, I didn't quite know where to go to when I felt unwell. I ventured to a couple of clinics before visiting Healthway Medical and all the staff at the other clinics were curt and impatient in their replies - probably due to the high volume of COVID cases during the period of my visit. I eventually decided to call Healthway Medical and was expecting disappointment when I was greeted very warmly by the staff. I eventually registered and the staff even asked me to head home first, and that they would call when it was closer to my queue number. During the consult, Dr. Chong was very thorough and performed multiple checks prior to administering another ART for me, even going as far as to ask about clinical history and take height and weight. It was also very comfortable speaking to Dr. Chong (there were two understudies in the room at that point as well) and he also gave additional advice on weight control. He did not administer any unnecessary medication, which I greatly appreciated, and asked for consensus on monitoring my health condition further before seeking further treatment. I appreciate the level of conscientiousness and care and will definitely continue working with this clinic and Dr. Chong as our family clinic and doctor. Kudos to the clinic staff for making this an awesome experience in very uncertain times too. Thank you and I'd definitely recommend fellow neighbours to visit this clinic! :)

Clinic closing time is at 5pm. Reached the clinic around 4.10pm and was informed by the staff that consultation is not possible as there are a lot of patients (seen around 5 person waiting there). There should be a cut off time for registration instead of cut off decided by just the number of patients. Staff can be a little more polite and approachable!

Strongly recommend Dr Vincent Chong for his patience and care towards his patients. He pays detail diagnosis of underlining medical condition and propose best medical recommendation to suit one's body needs. The clinic nurses are also friendly and helpful. However, good doctors are hard to find so expect long ques but is definitely worth waiting for.

Dr Vincent Chong is very caring and put us at ease when we bring our boy for his childhood vaccination. Thank you!

Visited because was getting recommendation from SBCC kids to get PCR test here. Didn't get the morning one because it was full, tried to get afternoon one but the staff says the number will only be given 2pm. Registered earlier and left the recommendation letter to get afternoon slot. Getting called 30 minutes earlier that we were the first one. There was one people queueing on the line, the staff said the afternoon slot was fully book, luckily I booked earlier but I was confused when the staff said the number only be given 2pm. Despite that we were informed that we were the first one, we weren't the first one, there was another person which went in earlier. We finished around 2:30pm, the doctor - Vincent Chong - was slow and soft spoken, anyway he did the good job on PCR, my daughter who is not 2 years old yet cried a bit only and it was done so quick.
