The price is not cheap. I have already made half of it and started to increase the price. In the end, I did not succeed, but the price went up in the new year. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, very welcoming, my nails were done by Miko, who was really nice and professional? Nail art done by her was superb! I love it! Their facial treatment has also helped my skin improved so much, definitely recommend Xiu House to all:) Prices are reasonable and they arent pushy in sales☺️Needless to say, I will definitely come here again!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While staff are generally friendly, chirpy and nice, they are only focused on selling you a package or cross selling services. You can’t go a session without upselling being broached. Despite being told they’d drop me a reminder call to confirm my bookings the day before appointments, this has never happened. I’ve ended up calling them to confirm my appointments, to avoid the risk of showing up to only be told they don’t have my session locked in. Quality is average, and they’re not the most affordable options in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel pressurized to sign up for package. No installments available so have to pay full price in cash. Tried a couple of their facial trials and their service was only good for the first facial. Subsequent standard dropped a lot and felt like going for “express” facial, staff cutting corners and didn’t do it properly. After facial over, didn’t look like I had facial at all, no redness on skin. Thereafter, No skin improvements . Prices not transparent too. Seem to size you up before quoting prices
