โ โ โ โ โ Xiao Ming is very responsive! I always got a response within 5mins of a message. They don't beat around the bush and are upfront about their quote. Their contact person was friendly. Note that communication was in Mandarin.
I had about 13 pieces of furniture and appliances to dispose of. I called them on Friday and arranged for the disposal on Sunday at 9am. They arrived promptly at 9am and got to work straightaway. Within 1.5 hours, everything was moved out and packed in their lorry. No idle chitchat, no breaks. Serious and efficient workers.
I called about 6 disposal companies and Xiao Ming was the cheapest by far.
