★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two staffs there are always very helpful. Their services during the 3 years that I was in school nearby was always consistent, and still is.
Till now, I've always come to their outlet even though I am staying in the central area of SG. Sometimes, it's not about the price, but the services in these places. So far, I'm contented with it.

Waited almost an hour to get my papers printed and bound.
Later, I found that there were many missing pages and a significant portion was in the wrong order.
Paid quite a bit for poor service and product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have regularly used this branch of Xorex for nearly 2 yrs, historically they were great but since a staff change not only is the service (consistently) poor, the print quality is poor and misalignment of the cutting of business cards over separate orders were repeatedly so bad they are unusable. I would not come back here or recomend them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible experience. Went to get name cards printed. They charged me twice the amount they charged my friend and quality came out really bad. The name cards had really obvious uneven colouring, sizes were not proportionate (graphics were slanted and not centered, card sizes themselves varied), edges had white parts showing from the cut. Not one card had no flaws. Absolutely disappointed with the product I received and would not recommend for anybody to patronise this store. Can't believe I wasted $12 on 20 cards I can't even use.
