Initially was served by a salesman who made it very clear that he was there for just the hourly rate and had no interest in helping the customer out, and refused to show me the items I requested to see properly, and instead was more focused on clearing the queue outside the shop and I quote "are you only looking for a mouse pad and wrist rest, cos there's a queue outside and I'm trying to hasten the process". Being a customer, and a person who has sales experience myself, who prefers to ensure that the items I buy fit perfectly so that I do not have spend extra money buying additional things again when I could have just bought once and be done, I felt that I was treated in a very rude and unbecoming manner of that of a salesman to customer. Hence I took it upon myself to ignore this salesman and continued to shop without his assistance. However, another salesman, Benson, came over to assist me, and it was clear from the get go that this was a guy that knew his stuff and had passion for the work he was doing. He proceeded to show me the wrist rests and even recommended one that would fit the overall theme of my keyboard build, as mine was a commissioned build, hence I was in the market for a good looking wrist rest and mouse pad. He even shared his experience of keyboard building and matching themes and recommended me the ideal colour combo that would accent and bring out the colours of my keyboard when placed against the mouse pad. This ended up "hastening" my decision making and I was able to quickly decide and bought the recommended wrist rest and mouse pad despite the high price point as I was satisfied that Benson had taken the time to show me and recommend the appropriate things that would help me out with my setup. As a customer who cares very deeply about the little things, choosing a wrist rest and mouse pad that would go well with my setup were of utmost importance to me, and not something which I was the least bit interested in making a "hasten" purchase on. And I'm extremely glad that Benson came over to assist as otherwise I would definitely have to have given anything lower than a one star review for the initial customer service I received at the shop. I would highly recommend anyone who takes pride and care in designing their dream setup to look for Benson as he's definitely the go to guy who will make sure you get the best fitting, and best price for the products you're there to choose.

It is my first time going to a physical store to check out the mechanical keyboard. I was overwhelmed by various selections. Looking through pile of keycaps decided to get Tai-Hao Spring in Kyoto. They made sure the keys fitted and asked about my keyboard model. I was happy to build my first mechanical keyboard without any mis-fitting keycaps. And I got my first gaming mouse Razor Viper Ultimate too. ???Highly recommended. ???

Good place to buy quality keyboards, mouse, headsets and more. They took the time to demo and let me try the various keyboard types. Had an issue with the mouse scroll wheel and they did an exchange. I would highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely blown away by the number of keyboards and products there were. The staff are nice and friendly, and are willing to help you out in finding your perfect gaming equipment pick. Overall, the experience in this store is excellent, and I just can't stop coming back!

This place is a keyboard heaven for any keyboard serious users. Not just for gamers but for writers too. Many brands, style and switches available. There are other peripherals too. Service was great. Told him (didn't catch the guy's name- guy with spec) what I need, recommendation was fast and speedy. In and out of the shop less than 10 minutes fuss free sales.

If your a beginner Keyboard enthusiasts then this is the place for you, Shop is tucked away in the back but eye catching RGBs and PC Master race aura would catch your attention. Staff are friendly and will assist with your small brain monke brain but fear not, your journey to becoming the ultimate race has just begun. Shop may be small but holds at least millions of keyboard and keycap to choose from with different sizes and lengths. So do note that your not the only one pursuing enlightenment, our numbers grow quickly and steadily... just remember to safety distance yourself Duckys, Leopolds,HHKBs, Varmillio are for the humans with exquisite taste in keyboards and have DogeKoins to spend but if you are just trying out then they do have more affordable keyboards to choose from.
