Have to improve on staff communication.
Our food came, asked why the drinks wasn't ready. Was asked to wait. Waited 10 minutes, everyone who came behind me got their drinks.
Had to remind again to eventually have our drinks after all the food have gone cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I dine in with a whole piece of chicken cutlet. 1st time on take away and looks like the cutlet has shrank by 40%. Service is good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today come here , just 5 person in shop but everything come so late , the drink not hot all , the eggs need wait for 10 minutes, the counter people don't know how to work also , very very slow .....very very bad , will never come again to this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Yakun is my absolute favourite! The tea made by the uncle is really delicious and flavourful. Just the right kick! The toast is always perfectly made, with the kaya and peanut butter is spread to the edges, sometimes overflowing! I come here every day, cause it is the best place to start my day. The uncles and aunties here are very sweet and nice! This is probably the best Yakun I've been to!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience at a Ya Kun store. tried it 3 times and I totally decided to give up on this outlet. the folks are so disorganised and they absolutely do not care about the quality of the food served. fyi I went in the morning around 8am - 8.30am.
first time I went there and the whole experience was ordering to getting the food was disorganised. the egg was very runny and they could not keep up with the orders. basically whoever went up to ask about their orders will get their orders. granted it was very crowded.
second time I was there, I was there with my colleagues. waited a really long time and once again, whoever ask about their orders will get it. it wasn't very crowded.
most recent experience today. ordered and was told to expect up to 30mins for food to be served. waited for 40mins and they realised they missed my order and will need to wait another 30mins??? it was average crowd too.
