I came here after finished my dish in Killiney Kopitiam, right in front of the store. I only order the kaya toast and I also love it. Especially the slim slice of the bread, it just very easy to eat and crunchy. However, the Kaya is just too sweet for me.

Friendly staff, standard Yak Kun menu however the drinks are more "gao" (thicker) than user stalls. Quite crowded and stuffy inside but still worth getting in for a quick bite of kaya toast and hot drinks like coffee and tea.

It's a very decent place for breakfast, local Singaporean food - Kaya Toast. They have a toasted version and also a, surprisingly, steamed version of the kaya toast! I have never had steamed kaya toast but it's not as good as I thought, the toasted one is way better. The coffee is quite HK cct style and the milk tea is like lots of milk with a little tea, can't judge whether it's good or not in a local standard, I enjoyed the milk tea a lot tho. Place are clean and bright, and the staff speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English (as I observed)

I went sunday morning around 10am and the place was still pretty packed. I got set A - the kaya toast with butter, soft boiled egg and tea. The milk tea was really nice and I heard the coffee is really good here too. The toast was good but with the sweet jam and greasy butter, after eating half, I was getting a little greased out. The toast comes in 4 pieces so it would be good to split this with someone just to try it but would be too much to eat by yourself.

This outlet is especially warm despite there’s air-conditioning. Coffee is good as usual. Both the Pandan cake and black sesame Swiss roll were not too sweet. Pandan cake was a little on the drier side but still decent. Limited seating.

Thin crispy butter toast is my favorite. Drinks like iced tea or milk tea are nice. Service is quick even though it can get crowded in the morning. The space is small but good enough for a quick morning toast breakfast.
