Y	Yingying on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old and good Ya Kun. Plenty of chain stores around! Their drinks are quite pricey though. You should try their barley as it is quite interesting. Their honey lemon drink is also pretty good. Other than that they also serve kopi and tea so you can always come here for a quick coffee fix.

Compared to their other branches such as the one at China Street which I frequent, the quality of food here certainly pales in comparison.

The Ice coffee was too hot and ended up like warm, long wait..toast was cold butter hard, the eggs were served too far from toast so they lost their warmth..just sucked and left meal untouched. Came down to Toast Box for a great breakfast. Lesson learned! Yuk.

What's not okay was shooing me away rudely and telling me they're sold out already. I can understand if the guy tell me nicely. No need to be so rude. If you don't want to work anymore then resign. No need to be so rude to others.

(cut to half size) Although the priced has been adjusted but don't think it's worth it at all. (it's quite sweet & nothing barley inside, compared before the other outlets)

After waiting for 15 minutes and start seeing other customers who came later but got their toasts already I had to ask them for my toast. When they realised they made mistake they didn't even apologize, just act like nothing happened. There were only a few tables of customers as it was weekday afternoon. The toasts were dry with miniscule amount of kaya. The coffee was standard. The eggs were cold (because after all, I had to wait for 15 mins). Seems like all the recent reviews are similar on the rudeness of the staffs here. Ya Kun probably need to re-train their staffs at this branch on customers service 101.
