Great experience

Genuinely, almost comically bad customer experience. We will never even consider using again.

Avoid chartering with this company at all costs. Booked a boat 2 months for a bday surprise in advance only to get it cancelled the night before at 940pm with no solutions. Tried calling the company but the person says she’s “trying to handle her baby” and no replacement. The food for bbq all prepared. So understand that boat breakdowns can happen, but unless you’re willing to be left in a lurch, with no resolution nor someone you can speak to to discuss, I suggest you avoid this company. Had to book another boat, pay more for the last min booking and found out from the captain that the boat I had booked from Xynez ran into problems in the afternoon. Perhaps they had tried to resolve the issue but a heads up earlier would have given more time to find a replacement. Worse part is they will not refund “as in their terms and conditions” but will give you another date, which defeats the purpose as the bday has passed, as has school hols. In the end they agreed to a cash refund but pocketed about $50. So only they stand to win. Cancel your plans at last min, but still earn and they won’t even pick up the phone! Terribly unprofessional. Never again.
