Few years ago when I renew my car insurance at some other outlets, I have mention not to have insurance agent involved, but she still put in insurance agent.
Make me paid few hundred more for the next renew.
Hopefully you can understand my English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in at the last min after 5 pm and was served promptly by the 2 young ladies (didn't get their names) near the entrance who gave me entry even though they are closing. Guided to young lad Koh Teck Meng who provided excellent service regarding my existing plan. Highly recommend him as an agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great helpful staff that helped me navigate the issues I faced with changing personal details. Staff was also very earnest about covid rules so if you are able to, please do make appointments in advance as that ensures a smooth transaction. The location is hidden in a corner and takes some time to find if it is the first time you are going there. So NTUC Income might want to see if they assist in that issue by placing signboards or placards if possible.
