★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My leather bag was sent to this shop for cleaning. The bag leather became so dry after that. When asked Lady shop attendant, claimed that the bag was treated with special liquid that is not for sale, instead of the cream type which is commonly known.... What is that special liquid? Beside saying it is special, the lady have no knowledge about it.
And when she took out the liquid and apply on my bag again. The amount was 2 drip for the entire bag.... I thought she would have given me a better impression if she dont take that 'special' liquid out.
In short, i should have just throw my bag into the washing machine instead of bringing it to the shop.

I did not expect a red carpet welcome or anything, just common courtesy and mutual respect but he just could not be bothered maybe because he sensed I was not a big spender or that I liked to weigh in my purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad. Sent my bag there to clean. Was told 4-6 weeks. Sent on 3rd September. Now it’s almost 8 weeks. No updates nothing. When I sent them a WhatsApp to ask. Was told will will check and get back to you. But didn’t get back to me until I chase them. Will never return even if it’s close to my house. First time using this service and last time. Would give a zero star if google allowed me to do so. Updated: got my bag back, to my horror, it looks worst before I sent it to wash. My bag originally had a yellowish tint after I got back, it was patchy. Will never go back.
