Stumbled across this shop. A wall of Seiko clocks caught my eye. I'm a fan of Seiko, bought a retro inspired ship clock I've been eyeing. Friendly seller. Wished they sell vintage Seiko watches though cause I'm collecting them.

Although the new location is going out of the way compared to Tanglin it was worth it for the great service. I had a watch that was not so common but they not only changed the battery but they set up the chronometer properly. Great friendly and helpful service.

Just got a crystal replacement for my Seiko cocktail time (SARB065, not Presage). A little story, it was impossible to find sapphire crystal for my cocktail time, until I found a store in the US. I got the crystal shipped and was excited to get my current scratched hardlex crystal replaced. However, many shops (not saying names but even the popular ones) outright rejected me without even looking, saying they do not do crystal swaps for cocktail time (too risky, bla bla). Obviously, those technicians did not have the skill, and was only willing to do fast and easy crystal swaps (a.k.a Seiko 5). Chris from Watchit! analysed my watch and did explain to me the risks of using OEM crystals and I told him I was willing to risk the crystal breaking (was damn sure that the fit is perfect as I've done my thorough checks on the exact crystal replacement model). Alas, he did it and it looks perfect now! Chris is a true blue technician and I want to commend him. Kudos to Chris and Katherine for helping me! Rekindled my love for my watch :D
