Li Han, a young but very skillful master of acupressure technique. Do not be deceived his young age as he can really delivers. His technique can really help relief pain and improve the conditions. I used to have a small piece of chipped bones around the back of my knee which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It is likened to having a fish bone in your throat. After a couple of visits, I could feel the difference and do not feel as uncomfortable as before. After four treatments, I felt like I have recovered 80 to 90%. Maybe I am biased when I say, Lek Han is the best. I love his energy, his therapy and his mindfulness in each movement during treatment. What I love most, he charges humbly. There are many good TCMs in Katong where I live, but my family will travel to Queenstown to see Lek Han. When my daughter, Tina, fell last Sunday on her elbow from the 4ft ramp, skateboarding, the doctor said we can put her in a plaster cast. "Nope. No Thanks, Doc." I would rather treat a sprain, or hairline fracture with TCM. So straight to Lek Han with his care and special wrap, Tina felt better within 12hrs. A painter cast will take weeks and immobility will suppress the healing process. On her own accord, 14 yr old Tina went back to Lek Han the day after to seek the same treatment to make sure her elbow heals well. I must say, with the wrap and bandage, Tina was skating again less than 48hours after her fall. ??? This was a recent event. I myself have been seeing Lek Han' since Nov 2020 when I started a weekly acupressure, guasha and cupping treatment to help my stiff legs, arms and fingers dues to arthritis. Then I could not aquat, lift my arms above head and had sore knees. I always look forward to the 90min therapy which eases my discomfort until my next visit. This I continued for 2 full months. I first saw Lek Han for my lower back pain issue. Surprisingly, he was a young chap, but is very skilful and professional. My lower back issue has greatly improved after a few sessions with him. He is very passionate in his work and is a very kind person. He also recommended exercises for me to do daily to help in muscle strengthening and reduces my lower back pain.
