Was referred by my car repair mechanic to this shop for installation of android auto dashboard. Mechanic Rxxxxxd was servicing my request as if he knew how to install the aforementioned dashboard. He quoted a high price. What happened was that after the installation, the reverse camera didnt work and he insisted it to be a system setting issue. After that i requested for him to reinstall the stock model. And he even asked for an additional fee for it. Then i went to Soon Lee Auto along geylang road which is just a 10 min drive away, and the mechanics were able to fully install the dashboard with reverse camera working and at half the price. Apparently its not just plug and play as the first place assumed. There is rewiring involved. So for your android dashboard installation, go to the workshop who knows how to do it, Soon Lee.
