Today is my first visit to this place after the bike have been serviced elsewhere. This is a haven and spa for Kymco bikes. I have been looking for this agent for sometime. Great service provider and the technical staff all do the bikes with passion and they won't rush just because there is a lot of customers. Professionalism is still maintain. Keep up everyone ?

I'm a new rider and I brought my Kymco to MS twice last week. Was attended by Meng and Chai who were friendly and professional. Gave me many tips and advice that was appreciated. Will come back again.

Excellent service! I bought their product(camera) 4 months back at their outlet, along Desker road. Then, I went to an authorised workshop nearby Jalan Besar for installation. Just last month on the 24 Sep , I ran into a minor accident. I was unable to retrieve footage from the device. I went back to Desker outlet for an exchange. Then, their friendly Sales staff advice me to head down to the main outlet at Ubi instead. Today, I visited the Ubi outlet. Their in-charge resolved the issue immediately, offers recommendations for the camera as well. All was resolved under 20 minutes!!! Well done! Warranty: 1 year! 5/4/2021 Back here for new camera with scooter.

Shortchanged us by replacing the original SHAD box to a NO BRAND box. Bike has a few issues and mech seems racist in reinstating bike to road safe working condition. Spoke in their dialect which they assume we do not understand. Have to keep on going back to the shop to get the bike fixed and mech were always busy. Ended up going to another workshop to get the bike safe to ride on the road. Lots of time wasted. Lyon is helpful but mech isnt. Think carefully before buying.

I got into an accident with my Kymco Downtown bike, by colliding heads on with the back of a pickup truck. Luckily I was not injured but the bike front was smashed all the way to the midbody, ripping off my head lights and electronics. When I called MotorSports, they were patient to hear the issues and their first response was whether I am safe and sound. Nonetheless, the bike was send to their workshop, the as assessment was done of the damage and a quotation was delivered. When I received my bike, to my dismay, the workshop and Meng especially have taken the liberty to change the body kit including the overall repairs. My overall expenses was lower than the quotation and to be honest, the prices were transparent and I really loved how everyone overthere speaks to you warmly, gives advice and its like a huge family. Special thanks to Meng, Herbert, and everyone there. Keep up the great service :)

Very BAD experience for Accident claim, Can the Public Trustee decide the legal fee for a car accident? Although Motor Sport are not to be blame but they insists that I have to used their referred appointed lawyer as I'm still serving my installment with their company and my scooter was only a few week old when the accident happened! singaporebikes forum

They are professional mechanics that do a great job of maintaining my kymco scooter. They are the only OEM distributors for Kymco so do find them for geniune spare parts. So far I've done my servicing there and no issues thus far. I've gotten a reliable workhorse with no extra costs.
