We enjoyed a wonderful al fresco dinner at Yarana Restaurant: ? 'KANPUR' TO SINGAPORE LAMB CHOPS: We love the deliciously tender, smokey, well marinated lamb chops with Singapore style chili sauce for dipping? ? HABARNERO AND JACK CHICKEN TIKKA: These boneless tasty tender chunks of chicken marinated with cream and Jack cheese pack a fiery punch ? ? GOAN GAMBAS al AJILLO: Another Star dish is this Spanish delicacy with an Indian twist! We love the fresh succulent flavourful garlic shrimps infused in olive oil served with toast  ? ? DAAB CHINGRI: We love the presentation of this dish in the coconut shell! We enjoy fragrant shrimps cooked in mustard coconut sauce rich with warm spices ? ? MYSORE MUTTON CURRY: We get lamb meat slow cooked in onion and tomatoes with South Indian spices and garnished with curry leaves and cashew nuts. A classic done right ? ? KASUNDHI MAKAI PALAK: We love the flavours and textures of fresh sweet corn kernels cooked in creamy spinach gravy with mustard sauce ? ? NAANS AND ROTI: We enjoy brown garlic and mozzarella naan with chilli flakes, classic garlic naan and Yarana's special Chur Chur Laccha which has crispy edges and a fluffy centre ? ? KESARI BRULE:  This French classic crème brulee is given a beautiful Indian twist with saffron, cardamom garnished with pistachio, almonds and dried rose petals ? ? RABRI MOUSSE WITH MOTICHUR LADOO This traditional Indian delicacy, Rabri, is transformed into a delightful mousse layered with motichoor ladoo ? Chef Priya Joseph prides herself on using the best quality ingredients to delight our palettes with the most delicious Indian fusion cuisine! She warmly interacts with all the customers while maintaining the highest standards in Yarana's kitchen! We love the food, the warm service and the lovely location of Yarana Restaurant at the waterfront of the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

Finally an Indian alfresco restaurant with delicious Indian cuisine from various parts of India. Loved their Paneer Parantha, Chole Batura which are available on their very affordable brunch menu. Enjoyed their Daab Chingri which is beautifully presented in a coconut. Fragrant masala chai that isn't too sweet. Have got to come back to try more dishes

Dinner recently at Yarana along the Kallang Riverfront by the Singapore Sports Hub. It’s a predominantly Northern Indian restaurant but with some fusion twists. Started with a “Gambas”, a common Spanish prawn tapas dish, here prepared with some spice and served with a couple of buns. The prawns were fresh and crunchy. Tasty. The spice mix was rather generic without much identity. The toasted buns went well with this starter. Generally a good effort. Had 2 mains, “Fish Mappas” is a Keralan styled fish curry. Absolutely yummilicious. A light curry infused with a good amount of coconut milk, it was delightfully full of flavour and well balanced between being a light curry but with sufficient creaminess from the coconut milk. Tastiest dish of the night. The other main was a “Dhal Makhani”, creamy black dhal that’s a staple of northern Indian cooking. Again, extremely delicious. Kudos to the chef. The garlic naan was good too and the steamed basmati rice served well to absorb the fish curry. Overall, a very enjoyable meal. @whiskydev

Recently visited yarana with few of our friends …. And was completely bowled over by the service , food and ambience . Located at kallang with beautiful sitting overlooking the river and bridge and some fantastic Indian music . With chit chat and sounds of laughter all around…. the place has beautiful vibes . Service is top notch and with personal attention to detail from the spice level to doneness of meat . Chef Priya Joseph makes sure each bite and each course takes you little by little to culinary heaven . Highly recommend trying khichda , Rabri mousse , keema pav, meat lovers platter and chilly chicken . Ample parking available for easy access . If you are wondering where to go this weekend .. try yarana and don’t forget to take few of your friends along , as this place is all about food , friendship and fun .

This place totally blows our minds! Butter chicken has rich layers of taste than any other places we’ve been in Singapore; even palak paneer has a magic that you cannot stop. Cage free Afghan chicken was awesome. Service wise, customers still were ‘classified’ by their senior waiter but their junior waitress was really helpful and nice. Price is at the high end - ambience doesn’t worth it but the food defo is worth coming back for.

An awesome dining place! We were lucky to get an outdoor seat to enjoy the view as we dine & it was cooling at night. Food is great?? We had YARANA MEAT LOVERS PLATTER and it is enough to share among our family of 3. ⭐️SHARAABI LADOO were delicious & is a must try! We also had cocktails & mocktails for the night. Great food and drinks for a chill night with family. Service is great and very attentive. 5/5 recommended! Definitely will be back for more.

Great place to hang out, with friendly & helpful staff, especially the General Manager. Food: awesome, authentic (North) Indian cuisine Drinks: innovative cocktails & generous happy hour Hope the weekend breakfast begins soon Am surely coming back again.
