★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reason why i hate to visit heartland bubbletea shop. ZERO customer service at all. So... i order their famous coconut drink, but I changed my order from coconut icecream to ice-blended(I mean everyone makes mistake right?)
I even said "sorry I ordered wrongly"
They didn't react much to my request, but I took it as they acknowledge it.
So upon payment, the lady was very rude, I passed her the coins nicely, she literally just snapped them on the table and say just leave will do.
Zero eye contact + black face.
I really don't understand why I deserve this type of treatment?
Issit cuz I change the order? I mean they haven't even start making the drink. I changed the order within 20 secs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ye xiang has got to be one of the worst bubble tea shops in Singapore.
4.7 ratings don’t believe.
I bought a strawberry and yakult bubble tea.
1. There was no strawberry there was only strawberry flavouring which was too sweet.
2. I did not taste yakult at all
3. The pearls were okay
4. When they presented me with the drink it was orange in colour. So I asked if this is strawberry they said yes.
5. I still had the drink and it was $4.10
6. Expensive fake rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came there to buy a drink and ask a skinny lady regarding the difference between their coconut drinks range. The skinny lady was so rude, didn't want to explain and even challenge me to a stare and fight. Seriously don't ever go there. And during this covid pandemic, she didn't adhere to the rules and regulations handling drinks. Super unhygienic. Scratching her legs then made drinks for customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier/employee has serious bad attitude. when she handed me the change by 'pouring' all the coins to me and a coin fell off, she decided to sigh loudly with action and gave me the annoyed face while staring at me like it was my fault. When the drink was ready, i had to reach over and take it by myself instead of handing it over to me. Lol and btw she gave me a new coin but she LITERALLY JUST SMASHED THE COIN ON THE TABLE AND I HAD TO TAKE IT BY MYSELF TOO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to buy coconuts only but was told I had to join the bubble tea queue which was a 30 mins wait. The uncle was in charge of handling the coconuts and could have just took the money from me and started cutting. If you are thinking of buying coconuts only, you still have to join the queue, to wait for something you are not buying. Be advised! $4 for small and dry coconuts is too overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks are super cheap and taste super good! Large milk tea for just $2, sweetness is also on point! Extremely fresh coconut drink straight from the husk! No added sugars and whatnot. Perfect to conquer thirst for this scorching weather. Definitely a MUST BUY when in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drinks are superb. Coconuts are fresh. According to the owner, the coconuts are from Malaysia. For a hot afternoon refreshment, this is the best option. Ditch bubble tea, opt for this. Die die must try!

U have to follow her way of making/taking order COMPLETELY, must follow every single word! She will reply u RUDELY by saying 'just tell me u want Coconut Ice Blend Small or Big Cup!', if u tell her I want Coconut Ice Blend $4.00.
NO wonder Google reviews rating only 2.9 (11)!
