Unprofessional and incompetent in their work. Engaged them to install our bathroom doors and the subcontractor was not informed properly and installed the doors wrongly inside the bathroom instead of the outside. He drilled into the tiles and damaged the bathroom walls and the floor. The company fixed the tiles back after chasing so much and we had to delay our renovation project for one week. But the company wasn’t even willing to compensate us for what happened. He just sent this instead when we told him we are not willing to pay 50% “We are not making lot of money from this job. Accident do happen and we help to fix it back. We are sorry for what had happened. We hope you don’t cut our money. Any other things we can, we will definitely to our best to assist. Thanks in advance” Although the doors turned out to be what we wanted, the service was very unprofessional and inconvenient.
