Don't understand simple basic courtesy.
Not fit to be in the service line!
Very rude and not responsive.
Refused to hand over my delivery item when it was there already.
Owner even used violence against me!
Will never step into that place and will never recommend this place to shoppers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Yeo or whoever your name is, after many years supporting this shop, I never expected that I would be putting up this review.
Having said that, this would be the very last time I am ever making any purchase from this shop.
My son inserted 2 × $1 (new coins) to the toy machine but no toy came out after the dial was turned.
Shop owner knew that the machine was already faulty as he claimed that many customers had came up to him informing about the issue.
Instead of rectifying these issues, he continued to display it outside his shop to collect more money from his victims.
When asked for a refund, shop owner refused to accept responsibilities.
An irresponsible individual like this will not be someone that I would never recommend anyone to deal with.
