Super expensive IMHO when they first opened, not too sure if they had realised that and adjusted their pricing. That only time turned me off, and I've never bought from ever since. HaHaHa.

There’s plenty of affordable Indian groceries and household items sold here. Good alternative to Mustafa centre (albeit lesser variety) for those who live nearby and don’t wish to commute a longer distance.

I don’t need to travel far to get all my groceries I need, it’s always a bonus that they’re open till very late! Pradeep and his team are very friendly people. They also do delivery if the amount goes up to $60, but best to check with them directly.

I have not encountered any problems with staff pravina and pradeep in this past 1 year. Now that i see the changes in staff named Raja and another new girl. They are very rude in replying to customer's request and not friendly at all. I have stopped going to the shop for the past few weeks and its very disappointing for our neighbours too. They must learn how to handle customers and be friendly with them. They dont even know where the items are stacked up and when we ask them they always turn off by saying no such items are sold there. But when i go around to find for it as i have been buying from the same shop for the past 1 year, the item is there stacked up at a different place rather than the usual place. I am highly not going to recommend the shop until the old staff pravina and pradeep are going to be working permanently there. Bad experience ever and not only i am saying this. The owner should come down one day and check with the other customers on their feedback or check on the ongoing CCTV when the new staffs are working. There was once i saw the customer keep asking questions until the new guy raja didnt answer her at all as he was using phone and she just walked away. Hope to see better improvements soon.
