Found Yeo & Associates where I have engaged with them and i m happy to say that the team have been giving me professional advice and constantly giving me updates during the whole process even though there’s some hiccups and delays due to the other party. Kudos to the team. ??

Ms. Beatrice is ? - Very difficult to get update for my paid service (cos she didn’t know/ care the progress at all) - Always ask to pay more; - Rude, aggressive and no empathy - Be prepared to be blocked, if they know they won’t get any more money from you I did not be informed that I would need to pay extra for the next proceeding(and it even not included in her quotation), however, Ms Beatrice changed her attitude and asked me to pay more than she said (twice) . When I asked, her reply was “When you married your husband, you did not know you need to pay for divorce proceedings” How rude the reply is and no empathy at all!!! 【Don’t recommend this firm for your divorce matter. Unless you wanna feel what is gaslighting and be upset through most of the communication. Last but not the least, —- Don’t miss out those one?ratings 】 ———————————— Updates: I’m quite surprised that Ms. Beatrice made up story and put words in my mouth in her reply below, very disappointed with her response/story. Would like to thanks for the previous service from the assistant lawyer in this firm, who resigned in the half way of handling my case. She really comforted me after Ms Beatrice’s rude reply at that time. In total, Ive paid $4200 (much higher than other firm), I even had not get the interim judgement after her 7months service. Although sometimes we met unkind people in our life, there always someone that deserve us to life for. 【Last update to Ms. Beatrice after her updates:】 I never encountered any problem when communicating with Liza, she only told me the full picture and let me consider what to do next, which comforted me a lot after your rude reply at that time. Besides, why you mention her name? Is it proper to anyhow say some words that may spoil the image of your ex-staff in the public?
