Had this humble yet wonderful traditional lor mee ?, the fried pork meat is to die for whereas the lor mee sauce has just nice thickness and bold flavor. Very recommended when you are at yew tee area

This stall was ever featured and mentioned by own network of peers on facebook. Noticeable is the long queue during the lunch time despite even current 80% of workforce returned to workplace. From what I aware of, they have at least 3 more branches and this is the main one. Based on the pictures , what it stand out is the option to have it with added fish ball & fried dumpling etc.. mostly , stalls selling Lou Mee no such option. Another feature is the source which I find is slightly sweeter than others. Other features such as the mee bok taste better than the quay teow is very individual. So, if ever dropped by Yew Tee or even close to the area. Can just dropped by and try it.

It was good but not the best. After ordering, they will give u a beeper so you don't have to stand in the Q. Pay upon collection of the food. Chilli, minced garlic and spring onions are self service, so you can take as much as you want. Good to try if you are in the vicinity. The coffee shop has a good selection of food and it is airy with good ventilation.

Visited on Saturday 11ish for breakfast, the queue was quite short, 2/3 person. Ordered within 5 minutes, realized they use a beeper system. But nevertheless I got my meal within the next 15mins so it's quite fast considering the constant amount of ppl ordering at all times. Order the Yuan Yang $5.50 + $1.50 extra meatball as suggested by other reviewers. The Lor Mee is quite plentiful, comes with 4 meatball, 3 fried fish, half egg and mixture of fishcake & sliced braised pork belly. The Lor Mee itself is quite average, do recommend to add more vinegar and chilli padi to give a more robust flavour. For the fried fritters, I actually prefer the fried fish more than the meatball. Fried fish is quite meaty and the batter is nice. Highlight of meatball is the extra crunchy and crispy texture. They are quite generous with the $1.50 meatball top up, gave 10 decently sized pieces. The meal as a whole is very filling since you get a lot of fritters and a good amount of noodles within. Worth giving it a try when you are around Yew Tee since it's just a 5 minute walk from the Mrt station.
