You can enjoy a decent kopi-c here with a classic environment and soothing music atmosphere.

Wonderful local coffee, eggs and bread. Always busy. Price went up, but food quality remain the same. Place start to run down, operator don't seem bother with it. Maybe want to make it look 100% traditional. Customer service level below par. For the same price, other cafe do better.

Always smell the odors from the walkway, you will become very smelly after dine in. The ventilation need to be improved.

It’s funny people can complain about this place being overpriced. If you want cheaper, you can always go foodfare or hawker centre. But once you decide to go to air conditioned comfort, this is what to expect unless you just emerged from a cave. Among the other franchises of Yakun and Killiney, ToastBox is consistent across their many outlets. The lady helming the cash station was very polite and pleasant to deal with. Great customer service. Uncle making coffee was vigilant and was ready to cross sell and upsell. This is a well oiled machine and the outlet is spacious. If it were overpriced it wouldn’t be packed with a long line waiting since 7am. Kudos to the team.

This is one of the places that local goes for their traditional breakfast of half boiled eggs and toast with coffee or tea to go. Not the best though.

This place deserve less than a star. I'll be contacting SFA after writing. Starting from the customer service, the cashier lady in brown polo t-shirt was unnecessarily loud and kinda rude when asking for our orders. Her colleague making coffee beside her tried to apologise on her behalf. Next when looking for table we noticed that the empty tables were not sanitized when customers left. They only clear the plates and cups but never even wipe the table to clean the coffee/gravy/rice on the table. This was constant throughout our 30 min breakfast experience. I sounded this out to the lady clearing the table next to ours and she did start cleaning some tables. Last the problem worse was the files, they were all over everywhere. I can guarantee that there were at least 20 full sized adult files. Just my table alone had 7-8 buzzing around. Almost every customers all around us were fighting them. Just read the other reviews. It's really that bad.
