★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 2 queues for bus 72. It’s fine if the second queue waits until everyone in the first queue has boarded. There is an usher but he simply allows both lines to board the bus at the same time which is a little unfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to the bus driver of bus 13 on 21st Nov Thursday around 1830hrs that found my envelope with all important documents. Plus the helpfulness of the person ‘Roanne’ who replied to my email Lost and Found and also Ricky who answered my call in order to allow me to proceed to collect my envelope. Very much appreciate to the people in Passenger Office that helped me retrieved the correct envelope. We the Singaporeans are so United! Thank you once again.
Though the number to call was always engaged, that worried me so much and was Glad the call was answered after all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New interchange requires a longer walking distance from the mrt and has minimal facilities. Bus timings are normally inaccurate and commonly postponed resulting in longer waiting times, esp 860. But scheduling is also illogical. Three different services can arrive at the same berth simultaneously, delaying the boarding process. There are also ghost buses. The services can disappear from the app after prolonged waiting, eg 71.
